Laurence Tidy (b. 1993, Surrey, UK) is an artist based in Brighton.
In 2025 he graduated with a first-class honours degree in Fine Art Painting from the University of Brighton and won the Cass Art x Phoenix Art Space Studio Award.
His first solo show, Flights, will take place in the Window Gallery at Phoenix from 7th to 30th August 2026.
He has exhibited in group shows in Copenhagen, Margate, St Leonards-on-Sea, Hailsham, Stowmarket, Newhaven, and Brighton.
In December 2025, Tidy curated his first group exhibition, States of Assemblage, at Unit 2 in St Leonards-on-Sea. It featured 31 artists and 53 works across sculpture, installation, painting, and more.
